As an MRP Specialist, you play a crucial role in our production processes for vegetable and dairy products, packaging, and more.
What will you do as an MRP Specialist?
As an MRP Specialist, you are responsible for planning and purchasing raw materials and direct materials for our production sites in Rilland and Kruiningen. You ensure that our production sites are always supplied with the necessary materials on time, while optimizing inventory levels. Additionally, you will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth new product introductions and packaging changes.
Your tasks:
– Calculate raw material needs on a monthly basis.
– Respect purchasing policies and agreements made with suppliers.
– Place and follow up on purchase orders.
– Coordinate with marketing and R&D teams on all changes.
– Manage SAP contracts and production planning.
– Optimize inventory levels in line with demand.
What do you bring?
– A minimum of an MBO degree and at least 1 year of experience in the supply chain.
– Experience with SAP/IBP or similar tools is a plus.
– Strong data analysis skills and a solution-oriented approach.
– Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
– IT proficient, especially with Microsoft Office.
– Experience in a matrix organization is a plus.
